Amanda E. Robinson—Reiki Master, Mindfulness Educator, Grief Doula, Mental Health Coach and the creator of The Self-Care Method.
With a masters degree in health Promotion and over 15 years of experience supporting womens emotional well-being, I bring a trauma-informed, soul centered approach to healing.
My work weaves together evidence-based principles practices, and ancestral wisdom to help women break free from burnout, reconnect with their power,
and live from a place of grounded self-love.
